What We Do

The Bill McDaniels Foundation provides financial and other vital assistance to families of children battling cancer and severe childhood illnesses.

We believe that the greatest joy on Earth is to help save a life—and that such joy is a sacred calling. Rooted in Christian values of compassion, generosity, and service, our mission is to walk alongside families whose children are courageously battling cancer.

Through God’s grace and the generosity of our community, a majority of proceeds go to Prisma Health Children’s Hospital to support life-saving treatments and care. We also joyfully support Camp Cole, where children facing serious illness experience the healing power of fellowship and fun, and the Ronald McDonald House, which offers rest and refuge to families in crisis.

We believe every child is a precious gift from God. Our work is an offering of love—lifting burdens, renewing hope, and reminding families that they are never alone. Together, through prayer, action, and faith, we are building a legacy of light in the midst of life’s darkest storms.
